PATH Research Study

My name is Caroline Shagena, and I am a genetic counseling student at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. For my research project, I am interested in identifying unmet needs for asymptomatic adults with Ataxia, Huntington’s Disease, or ALS and/or FTD. We hope this research helps us better understand how to facilitate care for this population in the future. 

Participation includes a 10-to-15-minute survey. We will not ask you for any personal information. You may participate in this survey if you meet the following eligibility criteria: 18+ years of age, can read English, and currently live in the United States. Participants must have no symptoms of the neurological disorder and a family member or themselves must have a genetic mutation for the conditions stated above.

You may choose not to participate in this study and may decide to withdraw at any time. If you are interested in participating in this study, please click the link below. There is no reward for participating.
